Daisy Nook Country Park, is situated in Failsworth, just outside of Oldham but most people consider it to be part of Oldham, The park contains the now disused Hollinwood branch of canal which was closed in 1932. The Park is thirty five hectares (eighty five acres), which provides a delightful blend of woodland, riverside meadow, lake and canal. This is a beautiful piece of countryside and a popular walking area.
